About this event
Advisor Name: Chuanhua Song Email: Songchuanhua@gmail.com Description: Led by first-place gold medalists in Stanford’s 2025 ILO finalist round and a qualifier for NACLO invitational, this club aims to help students develop logical reasoning and its real-world applications by preparing and participating in two main competitions: International Logic Olympiad (ILO) and North American Computational Linguistics Open Competition (NACLO). ILO is a competition focused on testing critical logical thinking skills such as propositional logic, relational logic, and term logic through logic puzzles and proof derivations, while NACLO tests students’ ability to use logic for identifying patterns in linguistics. The club will spend the first half of the year preparing for NACLO, and the second half for ILO. No prior experience in Logic or Linguistics is necessary
