• Basic phone functions: turning on/off, volume buttons, brightness adjustment, speaker and mute functions when making calls, zooming in and out on screen
• Messaging basics on different apps: messages, Facebook, Whatsapp, and attaching images to messages
• Emergency function presets on phones (ex: clicking Iphone power button 6 times for emergency services)
• Storage enhancement: how to delete old messages, contacts, pictures, and clearing out applications that are not in use to maximize storage capacity
• Email basics: making an email, navigating it and how to send and respond to emails
• Online usage: Online shopping, downloading applications, and making accounts for desired stores (target, Walmart, amazon)
• Settings usage: Notifications, ringtone adjustment, language change, and making text larger.
