This mandatory training session is designed for all staff members who will be working at the Bascom Community Center's Summer Camp San Jose program in 2025. During this training, team members will: Get updated on City Policy, dress code, Mandatory training Videos , Epi Pen policy, etc for Summer & future programs.

• Receive important updates on program expectations, safety procedures and emergency protocols.
• Engage in hands-on activities and team-building exercises to strengthen collaboration and leadership skills.
• Learn best practices for engaging with youth, facilitating activities and creating a fun, inclusive camp environment.
• Review daily schedules, camper management strategies and staff responsibilities to ensure a smooth summer experience for all.

This training is essential for preparing our staff to deliver a memorable summer for our campers and their families.
