Not a class, but a chance to practice your skills. Bring your own material or purchase material available to work on your project. A lab monitor will be on hand for supervision and guidance, although these are not teaching workshops.Bring your own steel OR we have steel for sale at the forge:1/4? square3/8? square and round1/2? square and roundsucker rod (higher carbon steel) sold in 7? sectionsStudents must wear fire-safe clothing (cotton, wool, or leather; no synthetics), closed-toe shoes (no synthetic uppers), and should dress for an open classroom. Long pants and short sleeves recommended. Bring a jacket in case the night is cold.Water will be provided.
