Join this cardio and conditioning class and take advantage of some of latest aquatic fitness exercises while listening to motivational music. HITT and Tabata training is incorporated into some classes to help challenge you to achieve your fitness goals. Maintain or jump-start your fitness program! Excellent cross-training. Water shoes recommended.
