Description
Balance and coordination class is designed to increase your balance abilities.
While you are working on your balance, you are strengthening your whole body, especially your legs and your core. This is resulting in you having better control in your day to day movements.
The class uses series of movements that also challenge and improve your coordination, balancing your right and left brain hemisphere.
Most of the class is structured for you to be in a moving standing position, or moving through the space. The chairs will be provided, if you need to rest or for an extra support. A smaller portion of the class we will work in a seated position on the chairs to further deepen coordination skills.
