Description

Improve your health, fitness and body/mind/spirit harmony with this holistic Chinese-Indonesian martial art. Out traditional practice addresses contemporary need to cultivate strength, balance, flexibility, relaxation, grounding, awareness, spatial intelligence, confidence and community. We use barefoot sliding footwork, rolling, breathing, repetition, and partner exercises. Practice begins and ends in a circle, with the breath. We finish every class with a tea party. Classes are tailored to participants. Ideal attire is loose white t-shirt and pants. Older students may join with Instructor review.
Drop in: $25 exact change to the instructor.
Returning students: Please call the Community Center to register for discounted session fee ($120)
Cancellation policy: Cancellation fee: $10.00. All cancellations must be provided in writing and emailed to csd@marinwood.org. We will not process refunds over the phone. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the session/program begins.
