Are you looking to improve your fitness? Balance the body? Harmonize the mind? White Crane Silat is a Chinese Indonesian martial art. Our traditional, holistic system addresses the contemporary need to cultivate strength, balance, flexibility, relaxation, grounding, spatial intelligence, confidence and community. We do this using barefoot sliding footwork, rolling, breathing, forms and partner exercises. Practice begins in a circle, with the breath. We finish every class with a tea party.
Classes are tailored to participants. Ideal attire is loose white t-shirt and pants. Older students may join with Instructor approval.
Drop-ins welcome: $20/class
Cancellation policy: Cancellation fee: $10.00. All cancellations must be provided in writing and emailed to csd@marinwood.org. We will not process refunds over the phone. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the session/program begins.
