Description

This training blends practical conditioning with the depth of a traditional martial art. White Crane Silat, a Chinese Indonesian system, strengthens the body, focuses the mind, and cultivates a more grounded way of moving through the world.With sliding footwork, rolling, breathwork, forms, and partner practice, students build strength, balance, relaxation, spatial awareness, coordination, and a sense of community. Each class begins in a circle with the breath and ends by sharing tea.
All levels are welcome. Older students may join with instructor approval. Ideal attire is loose white t-shirt and pants.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation fee: $10.00. All cancellations must be provided in writing and emailed to csd@marinwood.org. We will not process refunds over the phone. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the session/program begins.
