This class will introduce delicious lunch and dinner meals by using affordable rotisserie chicken already cooked and ready to go. Fun, easy, and chef friendly meals. This is a hands-on class where participants will have the opportunity to work the recipes. Jeffrey Carpenter has various culinary experiences. He minored in Home Economics in Berea College in Kentucky, currently #1 Liberal Arts College in the USA according to several polls. He also owned the Meadow Muffin Cafe on Monhegan Island off coast of Maine for several years. He loves cooking, eating healthy, and enjoys sharing his recipes and experiences.
