Description

Deep Water Walking Use the natural resistance of the deep water to help strengthen muscles and give your heart the exercise it needs. Each participant uses a floating belt to keep participants afloat while moving through different exercises. This class is open to all adults. Swimsuits are required.
Due to the high demand in our aquatic classes, changes, credits, or transfers cannot be made within seven days of the start date.
