Description
Discover Neurographic Art, a mindful and creative technique to reduce stress. This February, join Cheryl's relaxing class to create a colorful neurographic rose, no art experience needed. Developed by psychologist Pavel Piskarev, this free-flowing technique reduces stress and fosters creative expression.
