FREE Aerobic Fitness interval training to tone and sculpt the body set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Easy-to-follow, synchronized dance movements designed for any fitness level makes exercise fun. This class will help you: • Increase your flexibility. • Strengthen your muscles. • Activate your metabolism. • Stabilize your balance and posture. No special equipment required. Instruction will be in Spanish. Adults ages 18+.

Participants should bring water and a hand towel. This class is provided free of charge by Dignity Health. Space to ages 18+ community.
