Try an outdoor, full body fitness workout you can’t get on traditional equipment


Floating Fitness Workouts is a vigorous class that builds strength, deepens flexibility, and improves balance and coordination. Floating Fitness Workouts incorporate elements of HIIT, calisthenics, and standup paddle boarding that enhance the benefits of traditional fitness movements while minimizing the impacts of traditional land exercises, creating high intensity workouts that are low impact on your body.


Floating Fitness Workouts are done on a floating training platform which creates a safe instability and provides a dynamic exercise experience.
