JTennis: Beginners Clinic

Curious about tennis or looking to pick it up again after a break? This class is designed for adult beginners who want to learn the fundamentals in a friendly, low-pressure environment. We'll cover basic techniques—including forehands, backhands, volleys, and serves—along with footwork, scoring, and game rules. No experience? No problem! This is all about learning at your pace, staying active, and having fun on the court.

Jay Molsing has over 25 years of tennis experience, sponsored by Wilson and has played at high collegiate levels!

REFUNDS/TRANSFERS - A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Refunds will be prorated. Refund/transfer requests must be emailed to the Community Classes & Camps office at community.classes@santamonica.gov. Refunds will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting. Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable.

REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.

CANCELLED CLASSES: Makeups will not be offered for classes missed by the student. Programs are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.
