Description
Group classes focused on techniques and strategies for doubles through drills, hitting, and playing. New students are required to participate in a brief evaluation session to ensure one enrolls in a class that best matches their playing level. Intermediate - For those who have control over spins, can hit the ball to specific spots, play the net comfortably and hit overhead.
All students must bring one new can of balls and tennis racquet to class.
PRIORITY ONLINE REGISTRATION for Santa Monica residents begins Wednesday, January 24th at 6 a.m. Non-resident registration begins Wednesday, January 31st at 6 a.m. Online registration is required. Walk-in registration is not available.
REFUNDS/TRANSFERS - A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Refunds will be prorated. Refund/transfer requests must be emailed to the Community Classes & Camps office at community.classes@santamonica.gov. Refunds will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting. Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable.
REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.
CANCELLED CLASSES: Makeups will not be offered for classes missed by the student. Programs are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.
