Description

Adult Intermediate: Stroke Development and Refinement
This course is designed to refine front crawl, breaststroke and elementary backstroke. Additionally, participants will learn butterfly and back crawl as well as flip turns and open turns. This course serves as a transition between the Adult Beginner course and our Adult Fitness course.
The entirety of this class is held in deep water from 6' to 13'.

Cancellations and RefundsA $15.00 processing fee for each activity refunded. Requests must be made in writing to the program supervisor, in person, or by e-mail at aquatics.mailbox@santamonica.gov. Refunds will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting.
