Do You Know Muffin Tray Meals This class will introduce various, simple recipes using a muffin tin for making a set of meals that can be eaten right away or frozen to be microwaved later. This is a hands-on class which will teach participants how to properly prepare and store these meals. There will be cooking demonstrations and samples.
