Edible Egg Experience This class will introduce most of the ways to create egg dishes. Hard boiled, soft boiled, over easy, over hard, scrambled, egg salad, omelets and frittatas. There will be cooking demonstrations and samples. Includes all in class ingredients and equipment. *Granite Bay Care is offering this course with Jeffrey Carpenter, the GBC Workforce Development and Training coordinator, as the instructor.*
