Description
STROLLER FIT- Exercise with your Baby: Rotating outdoor locations in Scituate/Veteran's Memorial Gym for inclement weather. Each class includes a warm-up, a combination of cardio and body toning and restorative core exercises. Many interactive exercises are combined with popular nursery rhymes, ABCs, 123s and children's songs to keep the children involved. It's functional training for all fitness levels and exposure to a healthy lifestyle for the little ones. Classes are appropriate for babies 4 months (must have neck strength) and older, and children must stay secured in their strollers at all times for safety. No worries, if the child gets fussy, transitional exercises are designed for this very reason. Participants will need their own resistance equipment (https://www.amazon.com/SPRI-Xertube-Resistance-Exercise-Medium/dp/B00067E4P4) a beach towel/mat in stroller, water and comfortable clothing/athletic shoes.
