Become a vendor at the 2nd Annual Scotts Valley Fall Festival! ??

Scotts Valley Recreation is thrilled to host our 2nd Annual Fall Festival!
Last year’s event welcomed hundreds of locals enjoying a beautiful day of fall fun, tastings, children’s activities, and artisan shopping.

We would love for you to join us as a vendor this year! This is your chance to showcase your business, products, or services to hundreds of families while enjoying a day filled with community spirit, music, and festive vibes.

Event Details:

• Location: Scotts Valley Community Center – 360 Kings Village Rd., Scotts Valley, CA 95066
• Date: Saturday, November 8th, 2025
• Time: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• Booth Fee: $30 (12' x 12' space)
• Registration Deadline: November 1st, 2025

Vendors Provide:

• All supplies, products, and display materials
• Table(s) & Chair(s)
• Canopy for shade (optional – 8x8 or 10x10)
• Any additional materials, signage, or décor needed for your booth

Important Notes & Terms:

• No tables, chairs, or electricity provided (Community Center Wi-Fi available)
• No selling of food or drinks without prior approval from Scotts Valley Recreation
• Vendors must bring all their own equipment and be responsible for setup/teardown
• Space assignments will be provided before the event
• Setup and parking instructions will be emailed prior to the festival
• Booths must be ready by 12:00 PM, remain open until 3:00 PM, and cleared by 4:00 PM
• Booths cannot be left unsupervised or broken down early
• Scotts Valley Recreation reserves the right to decline applications that do not align with the festival’s spirit
