Description

We begin with easy movement to connect the mind and body. Next, a brief meditation to quiet the mind, and ending with a “Sound Bath” to float & soak in the tones and vibrations of the crystal bowls and other soothing instruments.. You will blissfully connect mind, body, and soul on your mat. All are welcome.
