Description
Are you interested in having more ease, calm, comfort, and choice in your daily life? If so, join us for meditative movement with the Feldenkrais Method®. This workshop will highlight 2 classic Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) lessons. Experience slow, mindful movement that can relieve stress and help you become more aware of your habits and tensions so you can let them go.
