This steady paced class builds core strength, balance, and flexibility-all while staying at a true beginner level. Each week brings variety, but we never rush ahead, so you can enjoy the benefits without feeling pressured to “level up”. Some students may opt to move on to intermediate Pilates, but many love repeating this class to maintain a solid foundation. This is a mat class but chairs are available for support and safe transition, if needed.
