Summer cardio lessons run once per week. Registration is required for additional lessons throughout the summer
High cardio and conditioning tennis class is for all adult students wishing to burns some calories while conditioning your tennis game. This lesson requires a 2.0-4.4 rating for registration. This class is an engaging group fitness program featuring the heart pumping effects of tennis drills, exercise stations and skills delivering the ultimate full body and calorie burning aerobic and anaerobic workout. There is a $10 fee for any lesson withdrawal. A pro-rated credit will be issued prior to the first lesson only. Participants must wear close-toed, athletic shoes. Tennis racquet preferred, however racquets are available for check-out at the tennis center. Check in at the front desk for lesson court assignment.
