*Do not register for Swim if you plan to register for Bocce, as the State Meet for each will conflict*
Current Adaptive Rec and SOAZ Athlete Medical Forms must be submitted to AdaptiveRecreation@ScottsdaleAZ.gov by August 14, 2025.
This is NOT swim lessons - must be able to demonstrate at least 1 of the 4 strokes unassisted for 25M without stopping.
