Join mindfulness meditation, relaxation and yoga instructor Brigitte Yancy for this special workshop on how to mindfulness into practice in you life, and how to use your practice for feel less stress, less anxiety, and less negativity. You'll also learn how to use self-guided relaxation techniques, rooted in mindfulness, to help you to feel calmer, less busy, and to change habits which don't serve you.Attendees may join sitting in a chair or on the floor.
