Description

This all levels class emphasizing safe and proper alignment is for anymore wanting to improve density and strength, posture, balance, and your muscular strength. Everyone with osteopenia and osteoporosis is welcome, but you must be able to get up from your mat without assistance. If you have serious osteoporosis, check with your doctor to be sure that a yoga class is appropriate for you.
