Description

Enjoy a relaxing experience with gentle yin yoga postures, yoga nidra guided meditation, mixed with sound healing. Some props provided including blocks, blankets and bolsters. This class will be mainly on the floor with the use of props to support the body. This practice is accessible to most everyone and could be done in seated chair as well.
