This 2-day mini series meets on two Sundays, 11/16/25 & 11/23/25. The series covers research-current and accessible information about labor and birth, and includes a brief overview of newborn care and feeding. It is 8-hours of confidence-building curriculum, and is recommended for first-time parents with busy schedules or limited time available before baby’s estimated due date.
