This is a drop-in activity. No registration is required.

Do you go to physio, but struggle to keep-up with your exercises? Or has an injury prevented you from rebuilding your strength? Join this drop-in class led by a rehab exercise therapist as they guide you through the common exercises to support proper alignment and structural integrity. This class will include a general range-of-motion warm-up and exercises that are neuromuscular-based and use strength training to correct function of muscle and fascia. This class is for anyone who wants to build strength or recover from injury.


This class is included in your MYPASS membership or by paying the regular drop-in admission. Please check in with front desk when you arrive.

No classes on statutory holidays.
