The Academy Combine is a high-energy training experience designed for 7th and 8th grade lacrosse players looking to elevate their game and prepare for the spring season. Over 2.5 hours, participants will train alongside Sewickley Academy coaches and players, getting an inside look at what it takes to compete at the high school level. This clinic offers a unique opportunity to experience our program's culture firsthand. Players will participate in competitive on-field sessions focused on game-speed situations and decision-making, plus a 30-minute strength and conditioning circuit in our state-of-the-art weight room. Every drill, every rep, and every moment is built around our core values: Respect, Effort, Passion, and Selflessness. Whether you're sharpening your skills for the upcoming season or looking to see what high school lacrosse is all about, The Academy Combine delivers an exciting, challenging environment where players are pushed to grow. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the day. Participants should bring full lacrosse equipment, water, and athletic shoes for the weight room. In the event of inclement weather, our snow/rain date will be set for Saturday, January 31.
