This class will cover various methods of preparing egg dishes, including hard-boiled, soft-boiled, over-easy, over-hard, scrambled eggs, egg salad, omelets, and frittatas. Each style will include a cooking demonstration, and participants will have the opportunity to sample the dishes. Jeffery, the former owner of the Meadow Muffin Café in Maine, brings years of culinary experience and passion for cooking and healthy eating to all the classes he teaches.
