Don’t let the word “seated” fool you—this Seated Boot Camp is a total body workout that will have you sweating from start to finish! Designed to get your heart pumping, this class delivers an effective workout for all fitness levels. *For those looking to push a little further, we’ve included a few optional standing movements to challenge yourself, but they’re never mandatory.
