Description

At aquatics hiring events, water fitness instructor candidates will learn about the position, take part in a casual interview, and participate in a short skills activity. Candidates who are a good fit for the job may be invited to return for a more in-depth interview and skills assessment. From there, qualified applicants will be offered the position. New employees then complete required training on paid time, with all certifications covered by the district. Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
