Teen Leadership Program Are you interested in gaining professional experience while doing hands-on work in a fun summer camp setting? The Teen Leadership Program gives you the opportunity to develop important job and life skills through workshops, team challenges and leading younger campers in exciting activities.   Workshops will focus on the following topics: communication and leadership skills time management and organizational skills interview skills and professional behavior in a workplace youth development and managing risk   You will receive feedback from your assigned coach as you work with others, in your group, to plan and implement activities for younger campers. In addition, to receiving valuable life skills and volunteer hours, the teen leaders will get to participate in team challenge and archery sessions.
