A new CBSC sailing program designed to give new sailors of all ages the opportunity to experience the sport of sailing in a small class with in boat coaching. This is a short course spanning 6 hours over two days. During the course, students will be divided into boats of 2-3 students, and 1 coach/leader. The coach or leader in the boat will give the students direct, immediate feedback, to allow participants to feel comfortable on the water while learning new skills. The course will teach students the very basics of CANsail level 1, enough to get them skippering safely, and enjoy their time on the water. Minimum age 9.
