Water polo is played in deep water and players must be comfortable treading water and have a solid swimming background. All competitive players should be able to swim 400 meters within a reasonable time.
The competitive teams will train 4 days per week in both the morning (7:30-8:30am or 8:30-9:30am) and afternoon (1 hr. session between 4:00-6:30pm); and will play tournaments, Regionals and (hopefully!) Provincials - dates TBA. Players must be registered with BCSSA on Reg Day.
