Please join us as we talk about and give you the skills to start off right! Whether looking to start a new pups education or getting an old friend back on the right track; this class will cover the "what and how" to do it right! This class is a mixture of conversation and practical application. If you have a want, let us help show you a way!

Materials Needed: Dog, secure leash and collar, dog's favorite treats and an open mind!
SAFETY: For the safety of your dog and others please bring your dog on a secure collar and leash your dog is unable to escape from. Flat collars, harness, flexi leashes, and bungee leashes are NOT recommended. We recommend having a martingale (AKA limited slip collar), toggle, choke chain, or a haltie attached to a secure collar. If your dog has a history of aggression, or your dog is working though fears that are answered with aggression, we highly recommend using a muzzle for safety as you will be working closely with other people and dogs. If you need suggestions on muzzles, we can assist with selection for comfort and trainability.
PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG: If your dog defecates please use a baggy to pick up and put in a diaper dispenser, or a scoop to pick up and put in a poop bucket. Please, try to keep urinating and marking in the dirt or rock areas.
DOG INTERACTION: Group classes are a great place to work around distractions of other people and dogs. However, it is not a dog play class. Some of the dogs that come to class are working on fear or aggression issues. Please, do not let your dogs interact at class for your dogs safety and others. We do offer daycare programs and playgrounds that are great for working on dog on dog interaction, and social skills.
