Ingredients
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/2 bagel, toasted
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 thick slice tomato
1 small handful basil leaves
Flakey sea salt to taste
Instructions
Fan or lightly mash avocado on bagel half. Spread with cottage cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Top with tomato slice, basil, and touch of flakey salt.
