After a long, cold winter, it's time to celebrate summer! And nothing goes together better than warm weather than happy summer songs played on the ukulele! Learn fun, summer-themed songs by artists like The Beach Boys, Jimmy Buffett, Van Morrison, Seals & Crofts and more while you simultaneously improve your uke skills and strumming options.
Pre-requisite: Yes, You Can Play the Ukulele class or another intro level uke class, or be self-taught. Knowledge of at least 7 basic chords and ability to transition between them.
Please bring: Soprano, concert or tenor ukulele (no baritone ukes, please), a pick, and a uke (or guitar) capo to each class meeting. If you have a portable music stand or book holder, bring that, too. Sorry, no loaner instruments available.
No class on July 5 due to July 4 holiday weekend.
