This monthly group will explore creative expression through writing, visual art, rhythm, movement, drama, guided meditation and more with the goal of connecting more deeply with others, with yourself, and with your inner creativity. Engaging creatively can relieve stress, lift your self-esteem, spark deep personal growth, and promote healing. Create for the joy of the process rather than for the end product. No art experience or skill required- we are all creative beings! We would love to have you in the circle.
