A 16 week program where participants will meet bi-weekly with a Healthy Heart Ambassador to review their blood pressure and any correlations. Includes 4 monthly workshops as well.

There is a monthly seminar held on the second Tuesday of each month (2/11, 3/11,4/8,) You will meet with a coach for up to 10 minutes twice per month for four months. You will schedule your appointments with your coach.
