This session is for all Gold, Silver and Bronze swimmers who are interested in developing their strokes and training. Strong Blue swimmers may also join but by invitation only. Many swimmers will remain for the next hour to volunteer or work as a coach for the Blues/Greens that follow. Masters are also welcome at this time.
