Description
As musicians, we open up when we make space for new sounds and silence. Using a mixture of musical games, theatre games, collective improv, and discussion, we will experience how musicality and connection flourish when editing and self-judgment are left behind.
Participants will be encouraged to explore their instinct, mindfulness, flow state, and instrumental comedy!
All instruments (including singers) are welcome.
Gear Provided: Amps, mics, drums, a PA, and a piano.
