Sunset Serenity: Sound & Nature Therapy

As the sun sets at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens, give yourself the gift of slowing down. Join Ilana Rubin (Kindred Nature) and Toni Kim (Inner Sound Collective) for a restorative evening of nature therapy and sound meditation.

We’ll wander gently—up to one mile through the beauty of autumn—before settling into immersive soundscapes of singing bowls, chimes, and drums that release tension and invite calm. The evening closes with tea, light snacks, and a sense of shared connection.

Good to Know

• Check-in begins at 3:30 PM at the Visitor Center.
• Bring a water bottle, extra layers, and anything for comfort during sound meditation.
• Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and shoes.
• This is a rain or shine activity with the exception of hazardous weather.
