FACT is hosting a Seminar for parents, care takers, & guardians where one will learn how to best organize all the crucial paperwork and plans while caring for a loved one with a disability. Your loved one does not need to have autism to attend- this seminar is open to all who are interested in setting up a life-binder. The Life Binder Seminar will best dictate: A “how-to” seminar on preparing a Life-Binder to leave behind for your loved one who has a disability as they undergo the changing guardians An organized plan for when a guardian passes away or can no longer support needs of the individual with the disability and needs to pass along the binder of “secrets” Organized approach to storing all documents in one location (ie. guardianship, medication information, waiver information / required documentations, SSI, and more)
