Coach Wright's Walking/Hiking will be a low intensity camp with a focus on distance and exploration versus intensity of the walk itself. We want to get our heart rates up and stress levels down. There will be planned stops at parks and playgrounds for recreation and fellowship. I look forward to seeing you there.
