Description

Arabian cuisine features delicious, unique, aromatic dishes that you will enjoy learning to prepare so that you can make them again for friends, family, or just yourself! Participants will hone their cooking skills in this hands-on cooking class while exploring delicious Arabian flavors and preparing fun, new international dishes. On the menu: Mutabbal (roasted eggplant, tahini, yogurt, and garlic dip); Muhammara (red pepper and walnut dip); Za'atar Flatbread; Chicken Kabsa (the national dish of Saudi Arabia featuring chicken and rice cooked in a blend of flavorful spices); Salata Flaahiyeh (farmer's salad with cucumber, tomato, lemon and mint); and Baklava Bundles.
