In this fun, hands-on class, participants will learn to make delicious chocolate treats and add to their repertoire of treats with delicious new recipes and some classic techniques. Participants will make the following (and will get to take some home to enjoy with friends and family): Maine Potato Candy; White Chocolate Mousse with Candied Oranges; Moelleux au Chocolat (chocolate cakes with a molten top layer); Chocolate Fudge Cookies; and Chocolate Cobbler.
