In this fun, hands-on class, participants will learn to make delicious holiday treats and add to their repertoire with delicious new recipes and some classic techniques. Participants will make the following (and will get to take some home to enjoy with friends and family): Raspberry Fudge Truffles; Cranberry and Baked Brie Puffs; Viennese Coffee Creme Brulee; Italian Struffoli (traditional holiday fried honey balls); and Baby Bûche de Noels.
